WE CAN STILL COMPLETE SOME NOTARIES WITH:

THE OATH OF A SINGLE CREDIBLE WITNESS.  

• We can verify the identity of the signer by The Oath of a Single Credible Witness, whom knows the signer and myself. 

• The witness must provide the proper identification.

• Take an Oath affirming under penalty of perjury that the following are true:

  • The individual appearing before the Notary as the singer of the document is the person named in the document.

  • The credible witness personally knows the signer.

  • The credible witness believes it would be difficult under the circumstances for the signer to obtain another form of identification.

  • The signer doesn't possess any of the identification documents authorized by law to establish the signers identity.

  • The Credible witness doesn't have a financial interest and is not named in the document signed.

THE OATH OF TWO CREDIBLE WITNESSES.

• The identity of the signer can be established by The Oaths of Two Credible Witnesses (that personally know the singer and not the Notary).

• The two witnesses would need to provide the proper identification.

• Take an Oath affirming under penalty of perjury to each of the things affirmed by a single credible witness.
